Fantastic hostel! the staff were incredibly warm, friendly, welcoming, and helpful. the hostel was kept scrupulously clean and the rooms were a decent size with comfortable beds and plenty of warm blankets. the hot water could be hit or miss; the bathrooms on the second floor were the most reliable if you're looking for a hot shower. Two well-equipped kitchens and a spacious outdoor patio with hammocks, a pool table, TV room, and computers were available to use. the location was ideal, with key attractions within walking distance. the inclusive breakfast and free storage room were a great advantage. Really great value for money. the only improvement was that the sheets went off quite fast, leaving you laying on the plastic mattress cover. It would have been nice if they had a solution for that. sometimes the common areas could get quite loud, so bringing earplugs is recommended.

The value for money at this hostel was great, the room was comfortable and clean. The location was convenient and the staff were friendly and helpful.
Hotel breakfast could be improved, as the crowded table made it difficult to access the food.

Had an amazing time during my Christmas stay! The hostel had a great atmosphere with friendly staff and plenty of living space. They offered a basic breakfast with jam, butter, bread, tea, and coffee. The location was key, just a 10-minute walk to downtown. Plus, they had a beautiful rooftop where I could chill, practice yoga, and enjoy the sunset.
That some showers had inconsistent hot water. , if you're on the top floor, it can get hot in the mornings and cold at night.

This hostel is conveniently located near a quiet area, only about 8 minutes walk from the main plaza. the rooms are comfortable, with curtains and shelves for added privacy. the staff is friendly and helpful, offering storage for luggage and allowing guests to rest and shower after a hike. the common areas are well-equipped with a TV room, pool table, and hammocks in the garden. breakfast is included, with free coffee, tea, and coca infusion available 24/7.
The plastic-tipped sticks for the pool table and PS3 controllers could be improved.

I had a good stay at this hostel in Arequipa. The staff were kind and accommodating, and there were two kitchens available for use. I enjoyed the plenty of outside space to relax and chill out. The location was close to the plaza, making it convenient for exploring the city.
The beds on the top bunk were a bit creaky and not completely stable. The WiFi wasn't the strongest, but it didn't greatly affect my stay.

We had a fantastic time at the hostel. The facilities were top-notch, with multiple TV rooms and entertainment options like pool tables and ping pong. The staff at the attached tour agency, especially Vanessa, made our travels stress-free and enjoyable. We booked tours to Machu Picchu, white water rafting, and more. I highly recommend this hostel for everyone!

The atmosphere was laid-back and the beds were super comfortable. The warm water in the showers was a great relief after a long day of exploring. The wifi worked great, and I was able to stay connected with ease. The kitchen was a nice bonus for cooking, even though the dining room got a bit crowded at times. I recently stayed at a fantastic hostel in Arequipa for five days. Arequipay provided a range of common areas like a TV room, pool table, and rooftop, perfect for relaxing or meeting other travelers. The friendly and helpful reception staff went above and beyond, providing valuable advice and suggestions for tours and activities in the area. They even offered free bag storage for a few days. The continuous cleanliness of the bathrooms and availability of hot water for drinks were great perks. Additionally, the breakfast table served as a wonderful social space in the mornings. The hostel's location, just a five-minute walk from the plaza, made it an ideal base for exploring the city.
Can recommend this hostel.
